With the arrival of Michel, Yvette and Dominique, the APE Stratégie team takes on a new dimension and broadens its company culture, its sphere of activity, its skills and its experience… Strong and increasing synergies offer APE Stratégie’s clients even more advanced services.

Michel: the culture of marketing

Michel Gremillet is one of those warriors of communication with exceptional experience. 15 years as marketing manager in the world of landscape gardening and 17 years as sales director for advertising agencies.

He has been able to reap the benefits of this experience and his communications services fully incorporate his clients’ strategic considerations and marketing.

“Marketing elements are inseparable from our communications, they determine the tone, content and influence. Take for example the price: the way a product’s packaging is developed varies depending on whether product is top of the range or entry level. It is clear that in terms of communication, we need to understand and fully comprehend the product. This is always bespoke.”

A people person, devoted to team spirit and customer service, Michel is delighted to have joined APE Stratégie, an agency which shares his view of the job.

“Enhancing the value of the service is fundamental. When I work, I try to anticipate client expectations, to understand what they are going to need. The objective is to win over the client. Firstly, we must give before we think about receiving.”

Yvette: Human relationships

Yvette Fumarola is an experienced assistant who has for a long time specialised in managing key clients. For 27 years she worked for a reputable printer, dealing with the production of labels for famous brands and thus acquiring a solid knowledge of the printing process.

“In particular, I was responsible for managing wholesale markets; I managed the planning, ordered the printing media and provided both sales and technical follow-up.”

On becoming Michel Gremillet’s assistant at the agency, Yvette has moved into a new world of design, more varied but still focused on customer relationships.

“We have to listen and understand what the client really wants, develop trusting relationships and be reactive.”

Dominique: a keen creative mind

Dominique Pineau, the new creative director, is a man with broad skills: he has handled all kinds of subjects and worked on all types of media. Some major national campaigns, for which he was responsible, have even won awards from the profession.

“In addition, I had the opportunity to enrich my agency experience through being freelance. In direct contact with clients, I learnt to understand their needs and the way in which they worked more fully. I was therefore involved in the fields of brand image and visual identity. I had to create hundreds of logos…”

By working closely with Michel Gremillet, Dominique has also developed an outstanding experience of packaging and POS advertising.

“I had already worked with agencies in this field. This is a true speciality, you have to be able to manage the volumes and find solutions in order to differentiate a product and position it on the shelf or on the end of an aisle…”



Synergies and values

Michel, Yvette and Dominique arrive at APE Stratégie as a group. They have been brought together around the same project, to continue and develop the initiatives undertaken with their clients by incorporating a new, multi-disciplinary and effective team.

“We offer interesting synergies", explains Michel. “Our own clients will benefit from APE Stratégie’s expertise in media campaigns, publications, catalogue management and website creation. At the same time, APE Stratégie's clients can take advantage of our unique skills in packaging and visual identities, promotional initiatives and network development and videos at point of sale (VLV).”
